Mark is a strategic finance leader with a proven track record of optimizing financial operations and enabling sustainable growth. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees AE Works’ budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and risk-management efforts—ensuring the financial rigor and agility needed for our continued growth and innovation.

With experience honed in a $4 billion multinational environment, Mark managed global financial accounting systems, led financial analytics for a $2.4 billion acquisition, and developed advanced forecasting processes. He also designed and audited business-process flows and administered capital-expenditure planning for more than 250 stakeholders worldwide. This blend of large-scale experience and rigorous analytics now enhances AE Works’ ability to make data-driven decisions, optimize resources, and seize strategic opportunities in the A/E industry.
