AE Works Names Kevin Brown Chief People Officer

AE Works is excited to announce the appointment of Kevin Brown, SPHR to the role of Chief People Officer. A leading human resources executive in the A/E/C industry, Kevin brings over 20 years of experience at large national and global organizations.

This announcement emphasizes AE Works' commitment to hiring and retaining top talent as the firm seeks to build on its position as a growing and award-winning firm. This new role comes on the heels of AE Works making the prestigious Architecture 300, the list of the largest Architecture firms in the country, for the third consecutive year.

A known leader for organizational training and development, recruiting and talent acquisition, and HR information systems, Kevin's work has been critical in enabling organizational growth. As Chief People Officer, he will oversee all aspects of AE Works’ human resources and organizational development functions. By developing and implementing effective HR strategies and programs, Kevin will help AE Works attract and retain top talent, promote a positive and productive work environment, and drive overall business success.

Prior to joining AE Works, Brown served as Chief People Officer of engineering consulting firm Ardurra and Vice President, Human Resources of Atkins, a global architectural engineering firm. He also served as an Instructor in the Department of Management and International Business at Florida International University for over two decades. A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Kevin holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Psychology from Florida International University.
