With a thirty-year career spanning Design, Project Management, Operations and Business Development roles, Richard brings experience in every facet of the A/E industry. This depth and diversity of experience enable him to provide strategy and insight to clients and project teams.

As a registered architect who has led on projects with construction values greater than $100 million, Richard applies his years of experience to strengthen public sector project development and client retention. His tenure with AE Works has also seen the evolution of AE Works as a national firm with project work expanding to all 50 states from Pennsylvania to California.
