Dave Andros

Dave is a results-oriented people leader with a proven record of building high performing teams across a range of sectors. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for overall AE Works operations and client satisfaction. He provides leadership to ensure delivery of exceptional service to clients.

With established credentials overseeing the day-to-day operations of a global business and serving as a consultant with McKinsey & Company to help executive teams increase organizational value, Dave is well positioned to lead the continued growth and innovation of AE Works. Under his leadership, the firm is experiencing its largest growth period and was included in the Architectural Record 300 for the past three years.

After graduating from West Point and serving as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army, Dave earned his MBA from Cornell University.
