Jose Galindo

Jose Galindo is the Chief Technology Officer at AE Works, where he leads efforts to integrate technology into design and engineering practice. With 20 years of experience in the AEC industry, Jose is passionate about using innovation to enable building projects achieve greater long-term value and impact. 

Jose is nationally recognized for his expertise in BIM, computational design, cloud-based workflows, process automation, and AI-enabled practices. In 2022, he was honored as a 40 Under 40 Champion of Construction by Autodesk for his contributions to advancing technology in the built environment. 

He regularly lectures on topics including BIM, AR/VR, and artificial intelligence, and serves on The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) School of Architecture and Planning Advisory Council.  

At AE Works, Jose brings an architectural perspective to technology leadership, helping teams push the boundaries of building design to deliver projects that redefine what’s possible.
