AE Works is pleased to announce the appointments of Kenny Martin, AIA, as Senior Vice President, Operations, and Steve Reigh, PE, HBDP, as Engineering Practice Director. The additions strengthen the firm's operational leadership as AE Works continues to expand its integrated design capabilities and serve clients across commercial, government, higher education, energy and infrastructure markets nationwide.
As AE Works approaches its 20th anniversary in 2027, the firm continues to invest in the people, expertise and resources needed to support its growth and deliver complex building projects.

Kenny Martin, AIA, Joins AE Works as Senior Vice President, Operations
A licensed architect and accomplished operations leader, Kenny brings more than 20 years of experience strengthening multidisciplinary teams, improving project delivery and supporting organizational development. As Vice President, Operations, he will lead firmwide technical operations across architecture, engineering, and planning + project services, supporting AE Works' continued momentum in the Government, Engineering & Infrastructure, and Higher Education markets while helping teams deliver exceptional value for clients.
Steve Reigh, PE, HBDP, Joins AE Works as Engineering Practice Director
A licensed professional engineer and ASHRAE High-Performance Building Design Professional (HBDP), Steve brings more than 15 years of experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivering innovative, high-performance building solutions across education, healthcare, government, civic, and commercial markets. As Engineering Practice Director, Steve will lead the advancement and technical excellence of AE Works' building engineering practice, mentor future engineering leaders, and help advance integrated, client-focused solutions that make building projects a better value.
