AE Works Designs New Health Sciences Building

AE Works is serving as the Associate Architect for the new Duquesne University Health Sciences Building, a transformative project that will elevate health sciences education and strengthen community healthcare in hashtag Pittsburgh.

This purpose-built, 80,000-square-foot facility will become the new home of the Duquesne University John G. Rangos, Sr. School of Health Sciences, bringing programs together under one roof with advanced simulation spaces, flexible classrooms, integrated tech, and street-level clinical access for community engagement.

Set to open in Fall 2028, the building anchors Duquesne’s vision for a vibrant “health corridor” in Uptown and reflects a significant investment in education, innovation, and access to care.
